A magnificent example of neoclassical mirror from Lucca, the specimen in question has in itself all the classic elements that define the origin. Garlands decorations that recall the ancient and especially the relief almond shaped with vignette classical cherubs playing, decorated in blue lacquer, which is found in many coeval examples of the area of Lucca.

The work gilded with gold gouache is in good condition with mirrors and original liners still in place.
